Abraham Maslow said, “What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself”. We don’t always see or understand the way we are perceived by others or the way we react to situations. By increasing our awareness of our actions, we can improve them. This series aims to help you to understand what awareness is and its importance in your life. You will then assess your current levels of awareness and discover ways to improve it.

Courageous Conversations

‘Courageous Conversations’ forms part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Courageous Conversations series is designed to help you to deal with difficult conversations that require courage and boldness on your part. Margaret Wheatley said, “Be brave enough to have the conversation that matters.” This bravery is second nature to some of us, while others struggle to broach conversations that may create discomfort or even conflict at home or at work. This series aims to equip you with information and strategies on how to have successful courageous conversations without the fear.

Enthusiasm

‘Enthusiasm’ is part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Enthusiam series is designed to help you to see the value in enthusiasm and aim to embrace this mindset in your life. Henry ford said, “Enthusiasm is the yeast that makes your hopes shine to the stars.” Enthusiam and positivity walk hand in hand, enthusiasm being the outworking of the latter. This series aims to help you to understand enthusiasm and to encourage you to build enthusiasm in your life through mindset shifting strategies.

The purpose of the FAIS Act is to regulate the activities of role-players in the financial services industry to protect consumers who invest in and buy financial products and services. This Pollen Series is an introduction to FAIS and will help you to better understand the content of the FAIS Act.

Theodore Roosevelt said, “With self-disciple most anything is possible.” We have seen the benefits of self-disciple in the lives of our great athletes, famous authors or prestigious professors, but you can access this skill too. This series aims to help you to understand what self-discipline is and its impact on your life. You will do an assessment to see where you are at currently to help you to improve and hone this skill.

Treating Customers Fairly- TCF

‘TCF: Treating Customer Fairly’ forms part of the Signify Pollen Compliance Series. The TCF: Treating Customers Fairly series is designed to help you to understand the importance of TCF and the ins and outs of the TCF principles. You will look at the levels of customer protection, how these protect financial services customers and the difference between “suitability” and “best interest” when it comes to meeting customer needs. This series aims to help you embed TCF into your day-to-day activities at work.
