‘Coaching’ is part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Coaching series is designed to equip you in becoming a better coach. You will look at what coaching is, and how it differs from managing. This series looks at the both the GROW and LEARN coaching methods and aims to provide an overview of the purpose and place of coaching, as well as how to structure and facilitate the process of coaching.

‘Mentoring’ is part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Mentoring series is designed to equip you in becoming a better mentor. You will look at what a mentoring relationship is and what its purpose is. Jim Rohn stated, “My mentor said, ‘Let’s go do it,’ not ‘You go do it.’ How powerful when someone says, ‘Let’s!’” Mentoring has the capacity to make someone feel supported and encouraged in their endevours. This series examines the process of a mentoring relationship, including the macro-and micro processes within mentoring relationship.

‘Motivation’ forms part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Motivation series is designed to help you to understand what motivation is and its affect on the workplace. Sam Levenson said, “Don’t watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going.” Motivation is that thing, the reason why we start moving and keep going. Whatever it is that motivates us, is our reason, our ‘why’. Understanding how motivation works can help you to rethink your own choices and behaviour and even motivate others.

‘Self-Directed Leadership’ forms part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Self-Directed Leadership series is designed to help to utilize your personal convictions and purpose to inspire your leadership skills and competencies. Ken Blanchard said, “The key to successful leadership is influence, not authority.” In this series, you will learn why self-directed leadership has become a critical future skill. You will also learn why YOU should become a self-directed leader and, how to do this.

‘Teamwork’ is part of the Signify Pollen Series. The Teamwork series is designed to equip you to better understand the nature of teamwork and the different dynamics inherent in this way of working. Effective teamwork not only wins championships, but it fosters cohesion and develops strong working relationships.
